Yet another reason to join TIAA in Penang:
Meet a man who impacted the course of Singapore's future.
Sustainability & Nature Panel: The Habitat at Penang Hill, Saturday 6 October
FROM CASINOS TO GARDENS: It started with a question with that famous boat shaped hotel in the background: "Do we really want Singapore to be known for its casinos?" Asked of the right people, the answer bloomed into one of the world's most famous parks, Singapore's The Gardens by the Bay. This October, TIAA is honored to welcome Dr. Kiat Tan, the attraction's founding CEO. Known for his passion and unwavering devotion to the greening of Singapore for over 30 years, Dr Tan was instrumental in the development of Gardens by the Bay and of the redevelopment of Singapore Botanic Gardens – both of which have grown to become world-renowned attractions of Singapore. The revolutionary impact of this sustainable "attraction with a botanical theme" cannot be underestimated. Dr. Tan has been invited to launch similar efforts in several other countries. Meet Dr. Tan in Penang.
August 28, 2018: Dr. Tan and Alicia Engel '16, TIAA Operations Manager, on the sky walk among the super trees at the Gardens by the Bay, Singapore.
Last chance. Don't miss it.
